Who has access to your data
Access to your personal data is only allowed to Andradeadvogados employees with direct responsibilities within the scope of contractual relations, and this information is not, under any circumstances, sold or marketed to third parties.
How long we will keep your data
This data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and deleted after the legal period imposed by law, which is 12 years.
International data transfers
Your personal data will only be transferred to countries not covered by the regulation or to countries not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission when it is processed for the purpose of legal support abroad. In these cases, Andradeadvogados will ensure that the transfer is only carried out after adequate guarantees have been put in place to ensure data protection.
How we protect your data
Andradeadvogados ensures the appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the technical knowledge available and the costs resulting from its application, to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access, thus seeking to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks presented by the processing and the nature of the data.
